Coalition forces retake Khafji, ending the Battle of Khafji

On February 1, multinational coalition forces—principally Saudi, Qatari and U.S. Marine units—recaptured the Saudi border town of Khafji from Iraqi occupiers, concluding the Battle of Khafji.
