Super Tuesday primary victories consolidate Biden's 2024 Democratic nomination

On Super Tuesday (March 5, 2024) Joe Biden won a majority of Democratic primaries and caucuses across multiple states, increasing his delegate lead and reducing remaining intra-party opposition.

The results reinforced Biden's status as the Democratic front-runner for the 2024 presidential election, clarified delegate math ahead of the convention, and allowed the campaign to shift resources and messaging toward the general-election contest.
